Many blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject; others function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, Web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs. Most blogs are primarily textual, although some focus on art (Art blog), photographs (photoblog), videos (Video blogging), music (MP3 blog), and audio (podcasting). Microblogging is another type of blogging, featuring very short posts.
As of December 2007, blog search engine Technorati was tracking more than 112,000,000 blogs.
Why?
- Search engines love blogs!
- Easy to set up.
- Once you set it up ( which is really easy) you will only have to write articles.
- In blogs there is communication between the reader and the author.
- And many many other things.
So here is my step by step guide for starting your blog:
Below I will explain exactly what I did to start my blog:
- Find a niche ( I know I didn’t explain how to do it but in next posts I will describe exactly how I do it)
- Brainstorm ideas for the name of your blog
- Buy a domain name, I bough mine from namecheap.com ( you can use a blogger.com or wordpress.com blog it doesn’t really matter but if you have a .com name it will look way more professional and easy to remember)
- Find a good hosting, personally I use Hostgator.
- If you have bought the domain name , I recommend you to use wordpress platform. Most hosting providers have Fantastico Autoinstaller so it will be an easy job for you.
- Before starting to promote your site have atleast 4-5 published(so when people come to your site won’t see just one article and leave it but they will stay and see that you provide some good valuable info.) articles and 4-5 draft articles (that is because when you feel like not writing you can just publish them)
- Write one article every day.

there are lots of make money online schemes these days. but Adsense, YPN, Adbrite and Kontera are the most reliable companies to deal with.
Building your blog is the easy part and it can be about anything but getting traffic to go there – that is the most important part. Without traffic there will be no money. Use plenty of long tail keywords in your blog and get lots of back links and the cash should start rolling in!
i Make Money Online by using Adsense and Adbrite on my blogs and websites. i am earning a decent amount of money online but it also requires a lot of work to build traffic.
there are so many things you can do to Make Money Online but the easiest way is to put Adsense on your Blog or Website. I havent tried affiliate marketing yet but i would want to.
